• Prior booking is mandatory for availing any of services of Amrai Gramstay viz Home Stay, Day Plan, Event Booking, Trails and Ayurvedic consultation & treatment. The services can be booked over phone or email or through the aggregator portal. You can get the tariff of these services by Contacting Us
• At least 50% advance payment need to be done to the designated account to confirm your booking for availing a particular service on a particular day.
• Amrai Gramstay is only a ‘Gramstay’, a special category of ‘Homestays’ being recognized by and registered with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board. It’s not a full-fledged commercial enterprise. Because of which its services and the guests it can service on a particular day are limited. The bookings for various services can therefore be booked only on ‘first come first serve’ It is therefore requested to book your services as soon as you decide on the same.
• Your booking would be considered confirmed only when you receive the confirmatory message or a mail from Amrai Gramstay, after paying the minimum required advance amount. 

For the Home Stay…

• The tariff is for the entire room which can accommodate upto 6 persons
• Additional charges need to be paid for putting extra beddings
• The room tariff charge is exclusive of morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea, dinner or any other services. You will have to pay extra for availing any of these services on prior notice.

For the Day Visit Plan …

• The meal plan for children upto 10 years of age is not chargeable, subject to a maximum of two children per couple
• The meal plan for children above 10 years of age is chargeable on full basis
• You need to confirm your meal plan at the time of booking
• The menu of the day is decided by the person/group, who does the first booking for the day. It is therefore suggested to do your booking at the earliest possible to be able to choose the menu for the day as per your liking.
